New Apple Ipod Touch 64gb 3g
iPod Touch 3G (64GB) - All Apps Crash! (Firmware 3.1.2)?
I recently (regrettably) updated my iPod Touch 3G (64GB) to firmware version 3.1.2 - now all my apps crash as soon as I attempt to start them - they pop up then disappear just as quick.
I am now aware that with iTunes 9, you cannot downgrade the firmware on any iPod.
I have tried downgrading iTunes to 8.2.1, only to discover that the iPod requires iTunes 9....
Re-syncing did not work.
Rebooting iPod did not work.
Restoring did not work.
So - how do I fix my iPod so I can use my apps again?
Or do I have to wait for Apple to release a stable firmware version?
I have the older 3.1.1 firmware backed up so I can use it if someone can show me how to override iTunes "anti downgrading" rubbish.
Tried solution from "DE-TOX....." - did not work.
Also, this iPod is *not* jailbroken.
Untick he box "Sync Applications"
Apply/ Sync..
let it sync completely.
now go back and re-tick that box and sync..
try now...
