4 the 32GB, wat do they mean by "Remote & Mic"?

It means that on the headphones, there is a little button that you can lower/raise the volume with.
So you don't have to click it.

Apple introduced the iPod classic - an internal drive that is portable. It is the pride of the iPod family of Apple. So far the market has seen six generations of iPod classic. The term "classical" was used for the sixth generation of the device. It debuted September 5, 2007. So far, the generic use of the term was simply "iPod".
