Which one is better, an ipod touch or ipod nano?

I am thinking of getting an 8gb ipod, i just ant decide between the new ipod touch (2nd generation) or the new ipod nano (4g). Which one do you believe is better, i know they both play videos, but i like the bigger screen and more things to do on the touch, but i like the color choices and the styling, along with the cheaper price of the nano. which one should i get?
