can i use prepaid visa credit card/gift card to buy apps from apple store in india?

I am from India and i dont have a credit card.
I need to buy apps/games from apple store for my ipod touch which doesnt accept debit cards..
I saw most of the banks offer prepaid VISA cards/gift cards.. Will that work for my purchase in apple store???
please let me know which prepaid card will work for apps store...

Yes, you can use pre paid VISA credit cards almost any where in the world, not only in Apple store but any store that display VISA logo.. Ask for this option when purchasing your pre paid card from the bank.
Buy pre paid credit card from States Bank of India-SBI or ICICI Bank.

iPod Touch 8GB - this thing ROCKS!
Never owned an iPod from Apple, and I must say that I can not ask! Wi-fi is great and easy to synchronize. The games are also fun and response time for the game is excellent (not slow). Music sounds good too! Apps are fun and useful (the ones I've downloaded so far). Delivery was fast and I got the iPod Touch 8GB in excellent condition. To recommend to both the iPod Touch 8GB and order at Amazon.

8GB iPod Touch 3rd generation of my review
I bought the iPod Touch 8 GB of my husband and we love it. We made the iPod Touch 8GB on our trip to India and used as a phone by buying a packet of Skype and use Forest on wireless Internet signals. Sound clarity is unbelievable. IPod Touch 8GB is so easy to use and with so many available programs, it is so incredibly useful and fun. I like the clock and the small state that comes with it.
The interface is user friendly and easy to read with a pretty icons differently. I really like that there are speakers built into the unit unlike my old iPod, you must be connected to the hearing. The only complaint I have is battery life that I want is much longer. Especially when you travel in a place where electricity is not always available or you can not easily connect you need devices that have an extended life battery.

Touch 8GB iPod battery is terrible
excellent when the iPod Touch 8GB in terms of functionality, see feel, etc.
But the battery life is damn near nonexistent. Bought this expecting "more than one day" Playtime All ads promise iPod touch ...
No Apple store where I am (Tanzania, East Africa) today can not return.
Apple, do something about the battery ... or at least not advertise forces are not there!

8 GB iPod Touch My advice!
Love Touch 8 GB iPod. The price was great and it came in time. I'm still getting used to her as she has so much capacity. I would buy a package with it, namely a case, charger, etc., because it is better in a bundle. I have trouble finding the right accessories. Finally one day on eBay. Free shipping and only $ 21.95 per bundle of 13 bundle.
